Additional Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should also meet the following conditions:
- Only full-time Diploma education is accepted.
- Open School or Distance Education is permitted only for 10th and 12th standards.
- One active backlog is allowed during the online assessment but must be cleared along with the final semester.
- Core Mathematics must have been studied as a subject during the Diploma program. Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will not be considered.
- Maximum three-year education gap allowed between 10th standard and commencement of Diploma.
- No academic gap is permitted during the Diploma course, which must be completed within three years.
- Applicants must be Indian Citizens or hold a valid PIO/OCI card.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit their citizenship certificate.
- Candidates must complete the mandatory three-month cool-off period before reapplying.
- Applicants below 18 years of age may register; however, onboarding and Letter of Intent (LOI) will be processed only after attaining 18 years.
Compensation and Benefits
Selected candidates will join Wipro as Scholar Trainees and receive the following monthly stipend:

Service Agreement

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of three stages.
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
The assessment includes four sections:
- Verbal Ability – 20 Questions (20 Minutes)
- Analytical Ability – 20 Questions (20 Minutes)
- Quantitative Ability – 20 Questions (20 Minutes)
- Written Communication Test – 20 Minutes
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Candidates who qualify in the online assessment will be invited for a voice assessment to evaluate communication skills.
Round 3: Business Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a business discussion. Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by the final offer letter after successful Background Verification (BGV).
