As a Piping & Layout Project Leader, you will play a key role in managing and leading piping and layout engineering activities across assigned EPC projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining project schedules and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering engineering excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project & Engineering Leadership
✔ Lead and manage Piping & Layout engineering activities for assigned projects
✔ Define and implement project execution strategies
✔ Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
✔ Coordinate design and drafting activities for timely deliverables
✔ Review critical design aspects and ensure compliance with project specifications
✔ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
✔ Ensure engineering deliverables meet contract requirements and quality expectations
✔ Lead teams of engineers and group leaders for efficient resource utilization
✔ Support team development through technical guidance and mentoring

✅ Educational Qualification
✔ Degree or Diploma in Engineering
(Mechanical / Chemical / Production or equivalent)
✅ Experience & Expertise
✔ Strong EPC project experience in piping & layout engineering
✔ Proven leadership experience managing large engineering teams
✔ Excellent coordination and project execution capabilities
✔ Strong understanding of engineering standards, project delivery, and quality requirements
Professionals with extensive Oil & Gas EPC experience will have a strong advantage.
