🛠 Position: Piping Supervisor
As a Piping Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing piping installation activities, coordinating site teams, monitoring project execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at project sites.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in piping and mechanical systems, along with hands-on experience managing teams within the Oil & Gas industry.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
✅ Supervise piping installation and construction activities on-site
✅ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
✅ Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
✅ Monitor manpower, materials, and site productivity
✅ Conduct inspections and maintain quality control procedures
✅ Support project schedules and timely execution of work
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to solving site-related challenges.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following criteria:
🔹 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
🔹 Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
🔹 Strong experience in piping supervision and field operations
🔹 Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
🔹 Ability to manage teams and coordinate site execution efficiently
🔹 Strong understanding of safety practices and construction standards
Candidates with GCC or Middle East project experience will have an added advantage.
