🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior/Lead Piping Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering complex engineering solutions for global clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating with PM Group offices globally to understand project scope, deliverables, schedules, and execution strategies
- Producing and reviewing complex piping layouts, piping plans, and isometric drawings
- Developing and managing 3D piping designs using advanced engineering software
- Generating isometrics from Process P&IDs
- Reviewing stress analysis reports and updating piping designs accordingly
- Performing clash detection and resolving piping clashes
- Coordinating design activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams and vendors
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 12+ years of piping design experience within:
- Pharmaceutical
- Biopharmaceutical
- Chemical industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and mentoring piping teams
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with:
- Intergraph S3D
- CADWorx
Preferred Skills
- API and Biopharmaceutical design experience
- Experience working with European and USA-based clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to Europe for 1–3 months on selected projects
