Position Details
- Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static & Piping)
- Location: Qatar
- Contract Duration: 1–2 Years (Extendable)
- Compensation: Competitive Day Rate + Monthly Living Allowances
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across multiple projects while ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in Static Equipment and/or Piping Engineering, as well as hands-on experience in FEED, EPIC, and plant/site operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Chartered/Professional Engineer status is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 6 years in Oil & Gas
- Strong technical knowledge in Static and/or Piping disciplines
- Proven experience in FEED, EPIC, and plant/site operations
- Ability to effectively manage time, cost, and quality across multiple projects
- Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
