🛠️ Key Skills We’re Looking For
We are seeking professionals with strong technical capabilities and hands-on experience in piping design and drafting. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Expertise in P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) analysis
- Proficiency in CAD software tools
- Strong understanding of piping design principles
- Experience in fabrication drawing drafting
- Ability to generate and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Knowledge of isometric drawing extraction and review
- Hands-on experience with Plant 3D
- Familiarity with plant layout development
📌 Roles & Responsibilities
As part of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality piping design solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
🔍 Design & Analysis
- Studying and interpreting P&ID diagrams
- Preparing equipment layout GA (General Arrangement) drawings
🧩 Piping & Layout Development
- Designing skid GA and frontal piping drawings for systems such as filters, softeners, and mixed beds (MB)
- Creating detailed piping layouts for:
- RO Skids
- UF Skids
- FEDI Skids
🔗 Interconnecting Systems
- Developing interconnecting piping layouts with accurate routing and support marking
- Ensuring efficient and practical design integration across systems
📐 Drafting & Documentation
- Preparing and checking piping isometric drawings
- Generating Bills of Material (BOM) based on GA drawings
- Reviewing pipe support and structural frame drawings
- Drafting fabrication drawings involving piping and structural steel
- Creating civil outline drawings based on design layouts
