👥 Lead & Inspire a Multidisciplinary Team
Guide a team of around 15 skilled professionals, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
🔄 Manage the Full Lifecycle of 3D Models
From concept to final delivery, oversee every phase of model development with precision and accountability.
🔍 Conduct Structured Model Reviews
Lead critical design reviews at 30%, 60%, and 90% milestones with clients and EPC contractors to ensure alignment and quality.
📡 Integrate Laser Scanning & Point Cloud Data
Coordinate scanning activities and seamlessly integrate scan data into accurate 3D models.
⚙️ Ensure Constructible & Clash-Free Designs
Deliver models that are not only technically sound but also practical for on-site execution.
🤝 Coordinate Across Stakeholders
Act as the bridge between clients, EPCs, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely deliverables.

- Have hands-on experience in Oil & Gas projects, especially Brownfield developments
