🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Piping Stress Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of piping systems across complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing detailed piping stress analysis using industry-standard tools such as CAESAR II (or equivalent software)
- Preparing comprehensive stress reports, calculations, and technical documentation
- Reviewing piping layouts, support configurations, and conducting flexibility analysis
- Ensuring compliance with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and related guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Process, Mechanical, and Layout disciplines
- Providing technical expertise and guidance throughout project execution
🎯 Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in piping stress analysis
- Strong hands-on expertise in CAESAR II (mandatory requirement)
- In-depth understanding of stress engineering principles and piping design codes
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
