- General experience: 5–15+ years
- Project Manager: 15+ years total, including 5 years in refinery projects
- Engineers: Typically 8–10 years in refinery / petrochemical / Oil & Gas projects
- Safety roles: Must have Oil field / refinery safety experience
- CAD roles: Strong AutoCAD and process industry experience
🏭 Preferred Industry Experience
