As part of our continued growth and commitment to engineering excellence, we are expanding our digitalization capabilities. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PDMS / E3D Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing enterprise-level 3D plant design systems.
This position is critical in ensuring system reliability, maintaining data integrity, and enabling efficient collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Administering and maintaining PDMS / E3D environments to ensure optimal performance
- Executing project setup, including MDB structuring and database configuration
- Managing backup, restoration, and data migration processes
- Configuring catalogues, specifications, and ISO deliverables
- Supporting end-to-end 3D plant design workflows and addressing user requirements
- Ensuring system integrity and adherence to data governance standards
🎯 Preferred Experience & Skills
We are seeking candidates who bring:
- Proven hands-on experience in AVEVA PDMS / E3D administration
- Strong understanding of the engineering design lifecycle, particularly within oil & gas or industrial sectors
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement best practices
- Experience working in multi-project environments with a focus on data standardization
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
