1. Electrical Design Engineer
This role is designed for qualified electrical engineers who possess technical expertise along with project execution experience.
Job Location: Gurgaon / Vadodara
Experience Required: 2 to 20 years
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Professionals selected for the Electrical Design Engineer role will be expected to manage and contribute to various aspects of project execution, including:
- Planning, scheduling, and reporting for mid-size to large projects
- Staffing coordination and cost estimation
- Change management and quality implementation
- Interdisciplinary coordination with clients and vendors
- Participation in technical and project review meetings
- Decision-making support during project execution
- Electrical system design and system studies
- Preparation of schematics and cable schedules
Candidates with working knowledge of ETAP or SKM software will have an added advantage.

2. Electrical Designer / Electrical Drafter
This position is intended for design professionals experienced in 3D modeling, electrical layouts, and design software tools.

Experience Required: 2 to 20 years
Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
The Electrical Designer / Drafter will be responsible for:
- 3D modeling of cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, and supports
- Preparation of electrical layouts such as:
- Substation layouts
- Lighting layouts
- Grounding and lightning protection layouts
- Cable tray and trench layouts
- Hazardous area classification drawings
- Extraction of 2D drawings from 3D models
- Cable tray and trench sizing
- BOM preparation for electrical layouts
- Clash resolution and interdisciplinary coordination
- Vendor drawing checks and model reviews
- Preparation of lighting calculation reports and block diagrams
Candidates should have working knowledge of tools such as S3D, Revit, PDS, PDMS, AutoCAD, Smart Sketch, MicroStation, or SPR.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong electrical drafting and modeling skills, especially those with experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
