Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing complete technical and commercial proposals for static equipment (vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, and tanks) during the bidding phase.
What will you do?
- Proposal Preparation: Create mechanical datasheets, material requisitions (MR/MRQ), and scope clarifications.
- Technical Review: Evaluate vendor offers (TBE/TER) and ensure compliance with international codes like ASME VIII and API.
- Cost Support: Coordinate with estimation and fabrication teams to define man-hours and material costs.
- Client Interface: Clarify technical queries and manage submissions through client portals.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Required Experience: 3–8 years in static equipment or proposal engineering within an EPC environment.
- Software Experience: Hands-on experience with PV Elite, NozzlePRO, AMETank, or Compress.
- Familiarity with Codes and Standards: Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2 and API codes.
- Added Advantage: Familiarity with ADNOC (AGES/AGPS) standards is a strong advantage.
