This role offers exposure to major FEED and EPC projects with leading global standards and clients.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Civil & Structural, you will:
- Lead and support Civil & Structural engineering activities across FEED and EPC phases
- Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project consistency and quality
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical challenges
- Support project planning, progress monitoring, and quality assurance activities
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as ACI, AISC, API, BS, and Eurocodes
🎓 Candidate Profile & Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong engineering leader.
✔️ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
✔️ Experience:
- Minimum 18+ years in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Strong expertise in steel and concrete structural design
✔️ Technical Skills:
- STAAD.Pro
- ETABS
- SAFE
- Other structural analysis tools
✔️ Additional Requirements:
- ADNOC project experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ARAMCO / Shell standards is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle complex, large-scale engineering deliverables
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
